The Real World is an American reality show that MTV and Bunim/Murray Productions produced. From 1992 to 2017, it becomes more popular on Facebook than on MTV. The founder of this show was Mary-Ellis Bunim and Jonathan Murray. It was the first broadcast on television in 1992. It was inspired by the PBS documentary series an American family, which is the longest and most popular program in MTV history.

Therefore the show’s content, as you can understand, is totally for a mature audience.

IS IT SAFE FOR CHILDREN TO WATCH THIS SHOW?

This show is incompatible with a kid. There is too much violence, swearing, drinking, smoking and consumerism. And it isn’t good for young children to get aware of them in their so learning stage. The contestants used slang in their conversation. The words are not recorded and beeped. But trust me, you know what they are trying. Saying is of no use. This shows made the; a kid may be aware that this is the real thing an adult should have to do. But it’s not correct. So this show is spoiling them.
